Package of 5kg of fresh Gascon black pork meat:
Roast, ribs, sausages and belly.
€24.90/kg, or €124.50 per package.
The next packages of fresh meat will be available in the fall of 2024 (Bordeaux delivery or collection from the farm).

Transformation
All our products are cut and processed in the Dordogne by an organic-certified company.
The ham is processed and dried in the Basque Country by ham professionals.
