About Us
The Gascon black pig farm is located in Périgord, 25 minutes from Bergerac and 35 minutes from Périgueux.
We have around 80 black Gascon pigs who live on more than 8 hectares in complete freedom.
They are raised for MINIMUM 12 MONTHS and are then transformed into cold cuts, cured meats and fresh meat packages.
Gascon black pork is known for giving an exceptional taste in cured meats.
